OUR HOT PEPPER SAUCES ARE DIFFERENT
Read pepper sauce labels and you will find the primary ingredient (first item on the label) for many sauces is vinegar. We increase the proportion of peppers and decrease the amount of vinegar to provide more pepper flavor. With the exception of our jalapeño sauce, we blend different pepper varieties to add flavor depth and complexity. Blending peppers also results in moderating heat levels for blazing hot pepper varieties. Finally, carefully selected herbs/spices further balance sauce flavors.
